I received the crossbody bag and instantly loved all the pockets and how comfy it is to wear. After a couple days the zipper on the front broke, and when I contacted Hipimi, they immediately responded by replacing the bag. In just a few days, I received a new one, no questions asked!! I was not expecting that sort of service at all, as customer service is so hard to find these days. Now I have one perfect bag, and a slightly imperfect one that's still plenty functional. I feel so blessed by Hipimi!
