      • Yes, we ship Worldwide. 

     

    • Can I have a tracking number?
      • You can check you tracking number by logging into your account at our website.
      • Please check this link to track your order. Please notice that tracking number is not available for every order and country.

      • How long will shipping take ?
        • When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Orders can sometimes take 2-5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.
        • Average transit Times to the United States: 5 -10 Business days
        • Average transit times to International: 12 - 30 Business days

       

      • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
        • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
      • What is your refund policy?

        • If your order was damaged we can swap it out for a new one. Just take a photo of the issue, send it to us and we'll get it sorted out.
        • Our returns policy allows returns up to 30 days as of the date of receipt of package.
      • I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?

        Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
