    • How much is shipping?
      • This depends on the product ordered, but normally it's Worldwide FREE !
      •  For FREE items, standard shipping cost for the first item is $9.99 US, and gets lower on the second or more items.   

    • Do You Ship Internationally?
      • Yes, we ship Worldwide. 

     

    • Can I have a tracking number?
      • Please check this link to get a tracking number. Please notice that tracking number is not available for every order and country.

      • How long will shipping take ?
        • When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece  requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 2-3 days. 
        •  Hipimi partners with major global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to be able to provide the best pricing for our customers USA orders take 3-5 weeks. International order may take up to up 8 weeks. If you cannot wait that long, please do not order.

       

      • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
        • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
          • Are the "FREE" items really free?

            • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost.
            • Limit - One Free product per customer/client 
          • What is your refund policy?

            • If your order was damaged we can swap it out for a new one. Just take a photo of the issue, send it to us and we'll get it sorted out.
          • I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?

            Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
          • How Can I Get More Information on Products Listed on Your Site?
