Returns & Exchanges:

At Hipimi, we do our best to keep our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to promptly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24-36 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@hipimi.com asap.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or dispatched within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and / or dispatched. . 

No request for cancellation of your order will be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of a modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses ...).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order deducted from the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns * for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just contact us at support@hipimi.com . Return instructions for your package will be provided along with the address when you reach out to our support team.

(*): for hygienic reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 30 days return period we offer you 3 options:

1. Exchange your item for a different size / color.

Exchanges are only available for the same style size and / or color. The exchange of a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

2. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is credit back to original method of payment.

 Orders which are exchanged or items returned / exchanged due to manufacturer defect will not incur restocking charges. 
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.


3. Replacement of an erroneous or defective item

We are very sorry! Please send us an email to contact via support@hipimi.com or call us at 888-320-1799 with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the problem (for example, wrong / defective item)
  3. A photo or video

How long does it take to get a refund?

Usually, refunds can take 3-5 business days to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How to return an item ?

  • Each return request must be accompanied with an RA number 
  • Please contact us for this number and include when you send your item back to the return address that we will communicate to you by email or phone.

  • Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days
