If any items from your order are no longer in stock once your checkout is completed, our customer support team will notify you and issue you a refund for any out of stock items on your order.
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm EST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. Some Artisan custom made pieces may require up to 10 days to create and ship.Please allow time for custom orders.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and USPS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Sometimes an item may ship from a different location which would result in multiple shipments.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. Hipimi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
